I can’t find what I’m looking for. Can you point me in the right direction?

If there’s a particular fabric, style, colour, or pattern you want that we haven’t listed on our website, contact us via email or call us on 0121 389 9977. We try to accommodate all special requirements where possible, and we’re always on hand to offer help and advice.

How much will my window treatments and soft furnishings cost?

There are no hidden prices with Thread & Dandy. We calculate and show you the cost of your items when you enter your measurement requirements, so you’ll know exactly how much you’re spending.

Can I order samples before I make a decision?

We can send samples on request to help you decide which fabric is right for you. Contact us via email or call 0121 389 9977 to discuss.

Can I send you my own fabric for made-to-measure curtains, cushions, and blinds?

While we can’t make window treatments in a customer’s own fabric, we’ll do our best to find the perfect material for your soft furnishings.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to deliver within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. We’ll keep you up to date on where your order is throughout the process. Please remember that our window treatments and cushions are made-to-measure, so delivery times may vary. If you have any queries about your delivery date, please email us your Order Number or call 0121 389 9977.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

If you need to change your order, be sure to contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, but we might not be able to make alterations if we’ve already started production.

How do I measure for my blinds?

Can Thread & Dandy install my curtains and blinds?

We can provide installation at an additional cost. If you would like one of our trusted partners to install your curtains or blinds, please contact us for a personalised quote.

How do I clean curtains and Roman blinds?

All of our soft furnishings are dry clean only. To keep them fresh in between dry cleaning, we advise you to use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment. A soft clothes brush or lint roller for your Roman blinds will also help reduce dust.

How do I clean Venetian blinds?

Slightly dampen a soft microfibre cloth and gently run it over each slat. To dry your blinds, run a dry microfibre cloth over each slat. Alternatively, the soft brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner will also help to reduce dust.

What happens if I receive the wrong curtains, blinds or cushions?

If the order you received does not match the measurements provided when you placed your order, please contact us as soon as you can via email or telephone. Please have your Order Number to hand and photographs of the incorrect item(s) to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
